PREAMBLE
These general Terms of Use establish the basic principles in the sale of goods on the Internet via the website https://fashionporto.com/.
Merchant (“FASHION PORTO LLC”) in the sense of the Law on Consumer Protection, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro no. 2/2014, no. 6/2014 – corrected, no. 43/2015, no. 70/2017 and no. 67/2019, is a physical person or legal entity who independently concludes a legal transaction or operates on the market within the framework of his trade, business, craft or professional activity.
Buyer / Consumer, in the sense of the same law, is a physical person who concludes a legal transaction or acts on the market outside of his trade, business, craft or professional activity.
The Merchant is obliged to provide the user of services on the internet market, i.e. the Consumer, with all options and notifications according to the information about the offered products (goods), before concluding the contract.
Information in terms of the previous paragraph includes:
- Basic characteristics of the product (goods);
- Price, tax and delivery costs;
- Method of payment;
- Delivery and method of delivery;
- Identity, address and registration data of the Merchant;
- Possibility of termination of the Agreement and return; etc.
FASHION PORTO DOO as Merchant and owner of the website https://fashionporto.com/, in terms of the Code of Conduct in the sale of goods and provision of services on the Internet market of Montenegro (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 31/2016), during business on the Internet market acts in an appropriate and correct manner with respect for the Consumer and courtesy, accepting and providing additional information to the Consumer, regulating the Consumer’s request, seeking a solution in accordance with good business practice and responding to complaints and objections with facts, arguments and, above all, solutions.
PART ONE
Using the website
The website (web-shop) https://fashionporto.com/ uses the design and technical solutions of the e-commerce platform developed by FASHION PORTO LLC, which is the legal holder of all copyright and intellectual rights.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction of designs, databases, images and texts is not allowed.
Printing and display of the content is allowed only on the condition that it is used for personal purposes with the mandatory indication of the source of the content.
The content of the website https://fashionporto.com/ may not be reproduced and distributed without the permission of FASHION PORTO DOO or the original copyright owner.
Users of the website can only be persons of legal age or legal entities. Purchases on behalf of minors can only be made by their legal representatives and/or guardians.
The website https://fashionporto.com/ is not created for or intended for children. Under no circumstances shall we allow use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorization by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Modification of the e-commerce platform and general conditions
FASHION PORTO LLC, as the owner of the website https://fashionporto.com/ and the legal holder of all copyright and intellectual rights, reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time, without notice, as well as to make changes related to prices, product description, etc.
All changes that will be made in the future will be made for the purpose of improving the website and its content and better presentation of the assortment – goods.
If any new type of modification of the website does not suit you, please send us a clear suggestion for the above.

Pricing & currency
Web Shop Price (“WSP”) of goods is indicated with each item. All prices are expressed in currency – euro („€“).
The prices listed on the Web Shop are valid only for purchases on the Web Shop and may differ from boutique retail prices.
The item ordered through the Web Shop is paid for at the price shown on the Web Shop at the time of purchase.
All payments will be effected in – euro („€“) – Montenegro national currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Availability of goods
FASHION PORTO DOO, as the owner of the website https://fashionporto.com/ regularly updates the web shop website, in order to accurately display the state of the assortment.
We try to be as accurate and precise as possible when it comes to goods, as well as their prices, descriptions and photos.
PART FIVE
Return and unilateral termination of the contract
The customer, who ordered the product via the website https://fashionporto.com/ has the right, without giving any reason, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the product to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, and which is not a carrier.
In case of unilateral termination of the contract concluded at a distance, the Customer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods.
The Customer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notifying the Merchant of the decision to terminate the contract.
PART SIX
Release from liability
Due to the general nature of doing business on the Internet, the assortment offered on the website https://fashionporto.com/ is constantly updated and changed. FASHION PORTO DOO strives to provide clear and basic information to present the basic characteristics of the items it receives from suppliers, which is why FASHION PORTO DOO is not responsible for possible errors such as irregularities, incompleteness, etc. in the data for possible damage that may result from it.
