What is the payment method?
Payment is made by credit card during the purchase process on the Web Shop.
Which payment methods do you accept?
When creating a product order from the Web Shop, payment can be made with credit cards:

When will my credit card be charged?
Immediately, after confirming the order, i.e. after choosing the payment method, and accepting the payment amount.
What happens if my credit card could not be charged?
In case that credit card could not be charged, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
In which currency are the prices expressed?
All prices are expressed in currency – euro („€“), the national currency of Montenegro.
Is VAT included in the price expressed on the website?
VAT is not included in the price expressed on our Web Shop, and it is calculated when ordering the item, if the order is placed within Montenegro. If the order is created outside of Montenegro, VAT is not calculated.
Can the delivery address be changed after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, if you have already received an order confirmation email, the delivery address cannot be changed.
How can I know if the order has been confirmed, i.e. accepted?
After confirming the order, check your email address that you entered when ordering the product, because you will receive an order confirmation to the specified email address.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Orders placed on the FASHION PORTO web shop, which are delivered outside the borders of Montenegro, can be tracked via the DHL website, here.
When the parcel is collected by the DHL courier, you will receive a code for tracking the shipment to the email address you entered when creating the order.
All orders created within Montenegro, i.e. delivered on the territory of Montenegro, due to delivery by a local courier service, cannot be tracked, but in case of delay, or in order to obtain information related to the shipment, contact us on the phone number: + 382 69 80 90 70 or to the email address: [email protected].
What is the method of delivery of the order?
Orders placed on the FASHION PORTO web shop are delivered within Montenegro by local courier, and in all other countries by DHL.
Shipments from Montenegro are delivered by DHL to over 220 countries and territories (excluding Russia, Belarus and Ukraine).
To which address is the delivery made?
Delivery is made to the Customer’s address that he specified when placing the order.
What is the deadline for delivery of the order?
For Montenegro – 5 (five) working days, for the countries of the Western Balkans and the Republic of Croatia – 10 (ten) working days, and for other countries and territories of the world – 20 (twenty) working days.
Can the order delivery deadline be extended?
Due to special circumstances, the delivery deadline may be extended, about which the Merchant will promptly notify the Buyer of the new final delivery deadline. Merchant assumes no responsibility for damage that may occur due to a longer delivery period.
What should I do if, when receiving the order, it is determined that the package or product is damaged?
If during the collection of the shipment it is determined that the shipment (package) or the product is damaged, its contents are missing or signs of opening are visible, the Customer is obliged to immediately, and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the collection, initiate the complaint procedure directly via email address: [email protected].
Do I have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract?
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro № 2/2014, № 6/2014 – corr., № 43/2015, № 70/2017 and № 67/2019, the Customer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded outside the Merchant’s business premises or concluded remotely (online).
What is the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract?
The contract can be terminated within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier.
Who bears the costs of returning goods due to unilateral termination?
In case of unilateral termination of the contract concluded at a distance by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods.
What is the deadline for returning goods?
The Customer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notifying the Merchant of the decision to terminate the contract.
Do you accept the return of ordered goods?
We accept returns within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Customer is obliged to deliver the goods that he decided to return to the Merchant in a correct – unworn and undamaged condition, with all original features – labels, and pictograms.
In the event that any of the aforementioned conditions are not fulfilled by the Customer, the Merchant will not act on the Customer’s request, and will refuse the return of the goods.
