- Unfortunately, we are temporarily unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. We will inform you when shipping to those countries will be enabled.
Delivery method
Orders placed on the FASHION PORTO web shop are delivered within Montenegro by local courier, and in all other countries by DHL.
Shipments from Montenegro are delivered by DHL to over 220 countries and territories (excluding Russia, Belarus and Ukraine).
Delivery is made to the Customer’s address that he specified when placing the order.
Method and terms of delivery
- on the territory of the state of Montenegro – free of charge, by local courier service within 2 (two) to 5 (five) days from the day of creation of the order;
- on the territory of the countries of the Western Balkans (excluding Montenegro) – 30,00 € for orders under 300,00 €, and for orders over 300,00 € – free of charge, by DHL within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) days (excluding customs clearance) from the day of creation of the order;
- on the territory of the Republic of Croatia – 30,00 € for orders under 300,00 €, and for orders over 300,00 € – free of charge, by DHL within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) days (excluding customs clearance) from the day of creation of the order;
- Other Countries in Europe – 30,00 € for orders under 300,00 €, and for orders over 300,00 € – free of charge, by DHL within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) days (excluding customs clearance) from the day of creation of the order.
- Delivery options to other counties and territories of the world (excluding Russia, Belarus and Ukraine) – 30,00 €, by DHL within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) days (excluding customs clearance) from the day of creation of the order.
Due to special circumstances, the delivery deadline may be extended, about which the Merchant will promptly notify the Buyer of the new final delivery deadline. Merchant assumes no responsibility for damage that may occur due to a longer delivery period.
If during the collection of the shipment it is determined that the shipment (package) or the product is damaged, its contents are missing or signs of opening are visible, the Customer is obliged to immediately, and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the collection, initiate the complaint procedure directly via email address: [email protected].
