Terms of Payment, Security, Pricing & Refunds
Payment is made by credit card during the purchase process on the Web Shop.
Credit card will be charged for the total amount according to the terms in accepted proposal.
The payment card will be debited in the currency shown on the proposal – issued invoice.
In case that credit card could not be charged, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
When creating a product order from the Web Shop, payment can be made with credit cards:
In accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”), merchants are allowed to receive, store and forward sensitive card data only if they are the holders of a certificate of compliance with the prescribed standards. PCI DSS is a set of rules and guidelines defined by the global PCI DSS Council, which consists of all relevant card organizations.
Your personal data, as well as your payment card data, are fully protected. Data transfer takes place on a protected server.
Web Shop Price (“WSP”) of goods is indicated with each item. All prices are expressed in currency – euro („€“), and do not include VAT.
The prices listed on the Web Shop are valid only for purchases on the Web Shop and may differ from boutique retail prices.
The item ordered through the Web Shop is paid for at the price shown on the Web Shop at the time of purchase.
All payments will be effected in – euro („€“) – Montenegro national currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the Central Bank of Montenegro is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the same exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original prices listed on our Web Shop.
Refunds are granted per conditions below:
- Refund can be requested after the Merchant has received the returned products and checked that all the requirements have been met, Buyer will receive an email confirming acceptance. Whatever the form of payment Buyer has used (credit/debit card), the refund procedure will start as soon as possible, at least within fourteen (14) days from when the Merchant was informed of Buyer´s decision to exercise right to return the purchased products and once the Merchant has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with all conditions.
- Refunds will be done at the same way the payment is processed. After we receive and accept the return of the goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, i.e. to the bank account from which the payment was made.
Refunds can take up to 14 (fourteen) days to show in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
