Fashion Porto LLC, manages the website https://fashionporto.com/ (hereinafter: „Website”) and in its capacity as the data controller, wishes to inform the users of the Website about the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation („GDPR“) – (EU) № 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and the applicable Personal Data Protection Law („PDPL“), published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro № 79/08, № 70/09, № 44/12 and № 22/17.
